WELCOMING THE NEW YEAR AND MAKING THE MOST OF IT!

Join us for an interactive mini-workshop on 21st Century approaches to health and well-being, maintaining optimal energy levels and protecting our immune system, as we adjust to the new normal and make the most of what is available to us as the new year unfolds. Have a paper and pencil handy and wear loose, comfortable clothing to do some optional gentle seated movements. Let’s get off to a good start!

About Our Presentater

Kathryn McMorrow

Kathryn McMorrow

Kathryn McMorrow is a long-time member of MCW. She holds Masters' degrees in Philosophy of Religion and Clinical Psychology. She also has a graduate diploma in Human Relations and Family Life from McGill University where she taught for several years.

During the ’80s and 90’s Kathryn led consulting and training programs in corporations, hospitals and school boards across Canada and the U.S.

For the past 20 years, her focus has been on social justice work in Australia, South Africa, Latin America and South Korea. Kathryn works in English, French and Spanish.

Some of the topics she covers include self-awareness and self-esteem, decision-making and discernment, communication skills, preventing conflict, life balance and well-being. She will share some thoughts and techniques for maintaining balance in body, mind and spirit as we enter another challenging year.
