Membership

The MCW is a non-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian organization and is established as a federation of local autonomous organizations, termed Federated Organizations or Locally Organized Societies (LOSs), and of Individual Members, having objects similar to those of the MCW.

Membership in the Council is open to all individuals and groups who support the object, policy and principles as stated in the MCW Constitution and By-laws.

Types of Membership

Individual

A person who supports the object, policy and principles as stated in the MCW Constitution
$50.00 CAD - yearly

Federate

A group who supports the object, policy and principles as stated in the MCW Constitution
$60.00 CAD - yearly

Our Federates

Student

A person who is a full-time student and who supports the object, policy and principles as stated in the MCW Constitution
$20.00 CAD - yearly

Patron

An individual member who provides financial support to the MCW
$100.00 CAD - yearly

Governance

The Constitution of MCW is established and governed by the NCWC. The By-laws of MCW which guide the organisation were originally established in 1893 and are updated periodically at an Annual General Meeting. The most recently amended By-laws are:
