Members are encouraged to spend time with the work of Me Marie Rinfret, who is the Quebec Ombudsman (Protecteur du citoyen). She has completed an investigative report on how seniors were treated during the first wave of Covid-19 in LTC facilities. With some 27 recommendations, her report provides the areas where actions and advocacy can take place.
