Support Single Seniors for Tax Fairness

Dear Members,
I am writing to ask each of you to take part in a coordinated outreach effort to our local elected representatives. Attached are two advocacy letters outlining our support for Single Seniors for Tax Fairness and Baby Boxes requesting their action. If you didn't have a chance to attend our November 6th event, the recording can be accessed via the Member Portal.
To strengthen our message, it is important that this letter be sent individually by each MCW member. A unified but multi-voiced approach shows broad leadership support and increases the likelihood that our concerns will be heard and taken seriously.
What I am asking you to do:
- Find your local MP and their contact info
- Find your local MNA and their contact info
- Download & Review the letter
- Replace the bolded sections with your name, date, home address and signature, and address it to your local MP and MNA.
- Send (mail and/or email) the signed letter to your local municipal, provincial, and/or federal representatives.
Your participation is essential. When multiple members speak directly to their own elected officials, it demonstrates strong, community-rooted support for this initiative and helps advance our shared goals.
